Our company consists of several departments:

This department is responsible for dealing with the financial management of the Community. It is also responsible for notification of unpaid Community fees.
- - Incidents Department:
In this department we use one of the best software programmes in this field, through which all incidents (breakdowns, claims, budgets, claims, etc ...)
are managed by registering them from their first notification, thorough monitoring and finally closing them once they are resolved.
- - Customer Care Service Department:
In case owners wish to speak with a department personally or directly with the administrator of their community, they can do so without any problem.
We guarantee a customised and personal service.
From the first moment that we start managing a community, we look for savings, negotiating prices with providers.
At the suggestion of this Administration, all work payments will be made under joint signatures.
